"Budapest, 1914. február.
Haladó programmjához hiven az idén kiválóan nagy
felkészüléssel lép a nyilvánosság elé a Művészház -
szokásos évi nagy kiállításával. Az a gazdag anyag,
mely most a tárlatra került, ép ugy, mint a hasonló
természetű előbbi kiállitások, a maga céltudatos törekvé-
sében, hangsulyozottan különböző egyéniségekkel, a
legmarkánsabban fejezi ki a Müvészháznak a képző-
művészet örökös fejlődésébe vetett hitét. Tehát a mai
képzőművészeti törekvések modem árnyalatait felölelő
ezen kiállitás, számtalan, de egyfelé haladó útját,
ösvényét mutatja be annak a művészi szándéknak, mely
külön tájak felül indulva egyet akar: a művészet minél
tökéletesebb realizálását.
A tárlatra került műalkotások száma meghaladja
a másfél százat; és bár valamennyi egyéni megnyilat-
kozása művészeinknek, a forma kultusz sokféleségéből
is a közös megértés orkesztrális harmoniája árad felénk.
Ezzel a kiállitással párhuzamosan gyüjtötte egybe

leszámitva a muzeumokból és magántulajdonból még
hátralévö csekély számu műtárgyat, teljesen készen áll
a wien-i vendégszereplésre. A magyar művészet elő-
kelően és gazdagon reprezentáló wieni kollekcióját
ezután a Művészház a jelenlegi kiállitásnak számos meg-
felelő műalkotásával fogja kiegésziteni, és egyszerre az
osztrák császárvárosba szállitani."

Haladó programmjához hiven az idén kiválóan nagy
felkészüléssel lép a nyilvánosság elé a Művészház -
szokásos évi nagy kiállításával. Az a gazdag anyag,
mely most a tárlatra került, ép ugy, mint a hasonló
természetű előbbi kiállitások, a maga céltudatos törekvé-
sében, hangsulyozottan különböző egyéniségekkel, a
legmarkánsabban fejezi ki a Müvészháznak a képző-
művészet örökös fejlődésébe vetett hitét. Tehát a mai
képzőművészeti törekvések modem árnyalatait felölelő
ezen kiállitás, számtalan, de egyfelé haladó útját,
ösvényét mutatja be annak a művészi szándéknak, mely
külön tájak felül indulva egyet akar: a művészet minél
tökéletesebb realizálását.
A tárlatra került műalkotások száma meghaladja
a másfél százat; és bár valamennyi egyéni megnyilat-
kozása művészeinknek, a forma kultusz sokféleségéből
is a közös megértés orkesztrális harmoniája árad felénk.
Ezzel a kiállitással párhuzamosan gyüjtötte egybe
a Művészház a magyar művészeknek a wieni Künstler-
haus tavaszi kiállitására szánt kollekcióját. Ez az anyag,
